Use as a pre-shampoo treatment 1–2 times per week. Part dry hair into four sections. Apply oil directly to the scalp. Gently massage with fingertips or a scalp massager for 2–5 minutes. Smooth excess oil onto the ends of your hair. Leave on for 15–30 minutes (or longer for a deeper treatment). Rinse, then shampoo and condition as usual.
